
De Prati came to our team looking for a partnership and help to redesign their mobile app including new features based on their website experience, looking forward to improving their digital channels. That’s why we worked closely with their marketing, technology, and customer service team.
My work started gathering all the information about the website, numbers from the App Store and Google Play, and some insights from the customer care team to target audiences that De Prati wanted to talk to. Conducting workshops with stakeholders to define the user journey, understand pain points, and discover opportunities of improvement.
